I'm Summaiya, the founder of Women of Riyadh. Moving to Riyadh and building a life here came with its own mix of excitement, uncertainty, and new beginnings. Along the way, I realised how many women around me were navigating similar experiences — looking for friendships, community, and simply a place where they felt they belonged. Women of Riyadh started from that feeling. What began as a simple idea to create connections has grown into a community of women from different backgrounds, cultures, and walks of life. I created WOR because I believe every woman has a story worth hearing, and sometimes, all it takes is one connection to make a new place feel like home.
